Log into cPanel, under the Mail header click Email Accounts

Under "Add a New Email Account" fill in:

* The Email address you wish to create
* The password you want to create for the email address
* A quota - the amount of space the email account is allowed to take up.

Click Create.

And that's it - you're done. Couldn't be easier
